He was successful because of the combination of specific modalities that where assembled for his unique circumstance. I use the Pettibon System for Chiropractic. This is the most reliable system I have found for great posture changes, and symptom relief. Pettibon uses various equipment such as weight harnesses. These act to strengthen your spine into the right place after a specific adjustment is made. We also use Spinal decompression for repairing discs, level 4 laser and prolotherapy for regeneration of damaged joints, disc’s and muscles, think our patients are so happy with our center because we offer so many options we can usually find the right modality to help them versus trying to force one or two modalitys in hope we help most patients. The repair response of musculoskeletal tissues generally starts with the formation of a blood clot and degranulation of platelets, which releases growth factors and cytokines at the site. This microenvironment results in chemotaxis of inflammatory cells as well as the activation and proliferation of local progenitor cells. In most cases, fibroblastic scar tissue is formed. In some settings, however, such as in a fracture callus, these conditions can also facilitate the formation of new bone tissue.# 3 PUMPS YOUR DISCS Now the fun part! There are a few therapies that have shown to be very helpful in reversing the signs of aging in your spine all of which utilize movement that mechanically pumps your discs. The best therapies utilize home systems so that you can do something daily. Spinal decompression is another therapy that uses axial traction that is done via computer. This creates a negative pressure that draws fluid in from around the spine and also helps repair herniated or budging areas. There are other devises that can be used to reverse pressure on your discs. These are all great and should be done with the supervision of a qualified professional. These therapies along with an active healthy lifestyle can help prevent or reverse the aging process of the spine and keep you active and happy.
