I have cervical spondylosis and suffering acctue pain from many years now i met a chiropractic who has done some of my cervical manipulations but its still v pains full.
am i in good hands? i mean is this technique helpful?
moreover after this therapy or manipulation what precaution i shall have? my age is 35 and i m 83 kg weighed( gained 2,3 kgs in this days) i am a female.please need complete guide.
use cirvical band …2] change your poster of sleeping …use small pillows ….3]…use garlic raw …just one slice at lunch/dinner with food ..[chinese method to takle better blood flow]….have rest …and medicines…act as per dr , s advise……and precautions….
Since i will be starting college soon in another state, I made sure that there was a wellness chiropractic nearby (and luckily there was !) But since i will be a college student and new to that chiropractic i will probably not be able to pay for my usual weekly visits. So my question is then, what is something i can do that will help along the same line of chiropractic. I was thinking yoga, but i don’t know much about yoga……so i could be completely wrong
Sorry you all think that i’m in pain from an accident or something but i go to a chiropractor regulary for well being!

I would actually recommend Yoga and Pilates. Good practice in both will make the chiro visits redundant. Yoga teaches you to become aware of your body and how to stretch your limbs and control your physical well being. Its really meditation in a physical manifestation.
Pilates will strengthen your core and also teach you to be aware of your body and how it moves.
I do both and benefit greatly.
For example: A person suffers a personal injury and is on workers comp. This person receives 4 treatments a month, however NYS workers comp board feels they should only receive 3 treatments per month. Can the claimant pay cash for the extra treatment? Please provide a reference if possible. Thanks!
I don’t see why that would be a problem other than coming up with the extra cash.
NYS worker’s comp only want to pay for 3 treatments a month, if doesn’t matter to them if you get more through some other way, except fraud.
